District Council #11 Joint Apprentice Training Center will be conducting apprentice training starting September4, 2001. Classes will be conducted between 5:00 P.M. and 9:00 P.M. Attendance to all classes is a mandatory component of the apprenticeship program as directed by the United States Department of Labor. See Below for our Schedule of classes.

Employers are being directed to refrain from having any apprentice work during these training hours. Employers will also be given this list to make sure you attend the related training. Three (3) unexcused absences will result in termination from the program.

The location of the training will be at the apprentice training center located at 1492 Wilbur Cross Highway ( Berlin Turnpike, Route 15 ), in Berlin , Connecticut . You are required to be on time, and early dismissal will not be allowed. Scheduling conflicts with personal matters will have to be adjusted accordingly to accommodate this timetable. You are advised to have supper prior to the start of class, as meals will not be consumed during class time. A “coach” will be available from 4:30 p.m. to 4:55 p.m. to purchase meals. Proper work attire is required, as well as possession of your up to date “Blue Book”. Don’t forget to bring your tools, and wear your work clothes!
